Return For Exchange

We gladly accept and exchange of an unworn item within 7 business days of purchase. The item must be in the original condition, including tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges and must include a reply paid package.

If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange so you may want to send it registered or express post.

Sale Items

Please be aware, we do not offer exchanges on any sale items.

Shipping/Dispatch

Orders will be shipped to you within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Please check your order carefully before placing it.

Where Do We Ship To?

We ship WORLDWIDE. If your country is not listed at the checkout, please email us and we will consider adding your country to the list.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping for New Zealand customers, alternatively you can make it Express shipping by adding this item to your cart for just $4.50.

All Overseas destinations orders are shipped via New Zealand Post Air Mail (Registered Tracking). Generally your order will be posted within 24 hours and received within 3-10 days, depending on where you live. We have a flat international delivery fee of $21.00 anywhere in the world. For Australia we have a flat rate shipping of $21.00 (Registered Tracking).

Shipping time will vary based on location. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and BBGS will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Please ensure that you provide us with an accurate shipping address. Shipping fees apply if the incorrect address is supplied to us (national and international customers).

International Shipments - Customs/Import Taxes

Please contact your local customs office for this information. International customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. We will declare invoice amounts on your shipment.
